I was hired as Communications at Mino Danmark in January 2017. The organisation was established in 2016 to support minority youth in Denmark and help them reach their potential. To do so, Mino Danmark seeks financing from public and private institutional investors to finance a range of activities from debates and hackathons, to study networks and volunteer groups.
As Communications Director, I help identify how and where Mino Danmark benefits from communicating with the world. The goal is to enable the rest of the team to easily understand how and where they can accomplish their strategic goals using communications products.
As a member’s organisation, Mino Danmark relies upon involvement of paying members to shape the organisation and contribute financially to its projects. I devise, produc and implement recruitment campaigns across media platforms, together with the rest of the team.
